Bantotal Microfinance
General Description

System that enables the processing of individual and group microloans, through a loan granting flow created by a graphic tool (GXPM, Genexus Process Modeler), that is executed on a workflow engine (GXflow), and it is backed by the best practices related to this operation in the market.

In addition, a batch report is created with the detail of those individual loans that are eligible for increasingly larger loans, allowing the beginning of a stepped lending flow.

The policies defined by the institution are validated in every stage of the loan granting flow. If policies are breached, the scope is established: only information, warning (of granting process being blocked in later stages of the process) or blocking. In case of blocking, the process will not continue. However, it is important to distinguish between those breaching cases that might be authorized by a high level user (e.g., term, amount or rate exceptions) and the ones that are blocked without any exception and stop the loan granting flow until causative circumstances are corrected (e.g., black lists, payment default).

A recovery management panel is available for users in order to manage and track delinquent loans.

Moreover, a visit manager allows users to plan their tasks, in order to evaluate client`s financial activities and to make tracking or recovering visits.
