HIGH PERFORMANCE TEAMS

WHAT IS THE MINDFUL COOKING?

Through this activity we apply the necessary wisdom to make decision-making and teamwork, as well as being efficient, more humane, ethical and sustainable.

We combine spiritual and business paths, models and techniques, and apply them to problems of work and ordinary life, making ordinary activities extraordinary.

This training will provide you with techniques and tools to:

  • Acquire a tool from the professional field that allows them to be applied in different areas of personal and work life.
  • Identify the relevance of developing a deep vision when observing and analyzing what happens in the interaction with the different team participants, as well as reflections on a personal level.
  • Detect the contribution that each person makes at the level of aptitudes, behaviors and attitudes, and its importance to achieve the objectives defined in their work team.

WHAT HAPPENS WITH THE CHANGE IF THE TRANSITION DOES NOT GIVE?

Leading the change lasts one day.

This training will facilitate in leaders the development of skills to support the process, in order to accept and reduce resistance. We will share how change management involves aspects related to beliefs, values, motivations, as well as the role and identity of those involved.

Leading change and resistance, it allows us to diagnose obstacles to change and implement actions that can be taken to mitigate and overcome them.

This training will provide you with techniques and tools to:

  • Convey a positive vision of change.
  • Generate and maintain the motivation and commitment of significant actors.
  • Improve their abilities to perceive, understand and manage the different human responses to changes that help them soften the expected trauma during the process.
  • Achieve a more successful accession by your collaborators.
