New Capabilities for a Demanding Market

To increase delivery capacity and reduce the time taken to implement new solutions, collaborative working groups were formed to lead the development of each Bantotal module. This approach enabled the introduction of advanced infrastructure monitoring tools and the optimisation of key processes, such as early fault detection and integration with change controls.

Maximiliano Saba, Head of Systems Development at Banco Supervielle, explains the project’s impact on the ability to respond quickly to market demands.
